Please note: This is a pre-registered conference. NO on-site registration is permitted.   All prices are per person.  The registration deadline is September 30.  After October 1, please add $10. No refunds can be given after October 7.  

The summit will be held October 19-20, 2007 at Vern Riffe Center for the Arts on the Shawnee State Campus.
